Redmon heating & Cooling is awesome, they do a phenomenal job. They have great customer service and they respond promptly. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
In early December our furnace went out. Luckily the weather was fairly mild for that time of year. I decided to try a different Heating and Cooling company than the one we normally use. I'm certainly glad I did! They were at my home within hours of my call to Redmon. Jim was thorough and treated me as a person, not another sale. He offered me options and we settled on the one that best met our needs. Nick was here at 8am the very next morning, just like they said they would be. Installation was quick and clean. The team at Redmon even processed my paperwork for $500 in rebates I received! Now that's personal customer service at it's best! I'd recommend anyone to use Redmon. I'll be having them come back in the spring for our A/C tune-up too, I'm sure. Thanks Redmon!!!
Good ,honest folks. I called with questions about my humidifier unit / furnace in my new home and They walked me through my issue in about 2 minutes over the phone instead of sending a tech out / charging me for a service call. I used them prior to the call and will continue to do so in the future. Good neighborhood company!
