I ordered an orchid to be sent to a friend's husband. The color choice was discussed and I was told that if that color wasn't available, they would contact me. My friend received the orchid and sent me a picture. It was one of the colors discussed and was very pretty. I was pleased with the ordering process, the notification of delivery and the pretty orchid that was sent and enjoyed by my friend's husband. Don't live in the area and ordered flowers for a local funeral over the phone. The plant was stunning and the family's favorite! Received email receipt and email delivery confirmation. This florist is very professional and great to deal with!
