The cutest women's boutique I've seen in a decade or more! Prices are REASONABLE! Cutest white ripped jeans with a stretchy waist are so adorable! I bought two pair of jeans, 3 dresses, 4 shirts, beach coverup, jewelry and sunglasses for just over 300 dollars. I'll be back Saturday for more, I regret not buying a long dress!!!! Spending long weekends on boat in Holland so I'll most likely stop by often.
BUT the customer service (on a Saturday was awful) I ask the girl to take something if manquieen and she gave me attitude., saying there over there when I already knew that there was no small... it was like I was bothering her...
Just discovered this store. Beautiful things but horrible customer relations! No "welcome or may I help you"!! I was completely ignored!
The owners do have an eye for items, but not for sales help!!
A cute store that is clean and has many options. It is a little pricey but overall, I still love to check out the new items they get in!
After reading mixed reviews I needed to add mine. The store is great, prices and variety of items.. won't break the bank..

I had a very unpleasant experience at Urban Found. I happened to be down town with my kids (two of which in a stroller) and wanted to check out the store. The moment we walked in the cashier/sales associate gave us a condescending look and walked into the back. She did not come back out until 15 minutes later and I had been standing at the register for 5. They need to teach their staff a standard rule of thumb, even if someone doesn't look like your usual customer you need to treat everyone like they are about to buy your whole store out. I will not be going there again. I tend to avoid places where I am not "wanted or valued". I went there on 7/25/17 around 330. If any manager reads this and wants to know who was so rude.
