Nothing but great here - This is a small college with BIG heart. From gear to texts the Hope-Geneva Bookstore carries a widely varied selection - more "color gear" than one might expect for a Div. III college, but the Flying Dutch are proud -- and have a lot of which to be proud! I have only ever had to make one return (on a used book). It was 1) easy; 2) painless; 3) handled PERFECTLY and 4)free. Go Hope! :)
