I love Salon Cheveux! The customer service, the atmosphere and professionalism is second to none. If you enjoy going to a salon to be pampered and feel like you are part of the family this is the place. What I really like the most is learning about the products they use and offer. The ones I love the best are from the Living Proof line. It is definitely the fountain of youth for beautiful hair! It is a product that says what it can do and then does just that, I love every product I have tried so far and my hair has never looked better. My stylist, Bob, takes the time to explain and show me how to use the products and I appreciate that so much! My hair looks as good today as the day I left the salon, what could be better than that?
I have been in several times for a some different services and hair cuts and thought very highly of the quality and customer service So i asked about getting hair extensions due to issues i am having with thinning hair...was recommended to 1 person and set up the required consult and decided based on the terrible way I was treated by that person to go elsewhere. I will not spend that kind of money to be talked down to and patronized. Very rude.
Wonderful experience! I have been looking for a salon where I can tell the stylist, "I just want a trim and my layers touched up" and it doesn't result in getting inches upon inches taken off. Megan did a wonderful job. I was treated within minutes of my arrival. Very warm and inviting place. Also, the perfume they sell is amazing and whatever shampoo they used made my hair smell so amazing for days.
She went above and beyond to color and correct my daughters wig that had been damaged at another salon.
