Fifth Third is big, corporate and has lots of annoying and sometimes brutal fees. BUT I have found that as long as I talk it over with some of the reps, I've gotten all my issues resolved (and fees removed). So while they take extra time to deal with, the people at the 16th street branch have been great to work with. I've not been annoyed enough to take the trouble to switch to a different bank.

Standing in this bank at the moment on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of tellers, only one personal banker and a pile of people waiting around to be served. Banker asks manager for help, no help given.
So difficult to do business with. They keep adding additional steps just to make deposits. No such thing as customer service!
